DO YOU WRITE THE COPY?
Nobody knows your audience better than you do. We always recommend that you (or your copywriter) create the newsletters since this should represent your personality, voice, and connection to your subscribers. For this reason, we don’t write the emails for you.
HOW QUICKLY CAN YOU SEND A NEWSLETTER?
Each week, we send you the MAJiK Mailman request form. This will be at least one week in advance before the broadcast is scheduled to go out. If there are any unexpected emergencies that require a last minute request, you can submit the Emergency Request form. Please note that we cannot guarantee that we’ll be able to get this out in less than 24 hours, however we’ll always try our best.
WHAT IF THERE'S A MISTAKE AND I NEED TO RESEND?
We will always send you a test email prior to sending the broadcast to your list. We ask that you confirm everything before we send the email so that we can avoid issues and mistakes. But we understand that things come up and mistakes happen. In this case, please submit the Emergency Request form and we’ll do our best to send the follow up as soon as possible.
WHAT IF I NEED EXTRA INTEGRATION HELP FOR MY OPT-IN?
We include an integration with a native opt-in form on your email service platform. You just create the form and we’ll connect it into your newlsetter list.
*To keep the cost of this service as low as possible, we do not include custom form creation, design, or complex integrations with the opt-in form. If you’d like additional help, just let us know.
WHY IS THERE A 3 MONTH COMMITMENT?
Newlsetters should always be a long-term strategy in your marketing. Because we also include a custom email template design, setup, and some upfront work, we ask that you commit to at least 3 months. This allows us to keep our costs lower and provide a great experience for you and your subscribers.
