You just fill out a quick form, give us what you want to send out, and we take care of the rest!

Weekly Newsletter Sending
Once you sign up, each week we’ll send you a MAJiK Mailman Request reminder. Just fill out the form with the copy you want included along with any links, images, or other content and we’ll create the email and schedule the broadcast! If you’re a proactive prepper, this can be done once per month and we’ll schedule all of the emails in advance!
*Please note, we do not edit your copy. We will include the exact copy you provide us, so please ensure you’ve proofread the copy before sending it over to us.
Custom Email Template Design
Includes one (1) customized email template. This template will include any logos or graphics you’d like to use in the header. A custom signature can be included in each email.
Mobile Optimization
Most people read email on their phone… that means it better look good on mobile. While this is an afterthought for many marketers, we always ensure your email looks great on mobile!
Link Testing
Ever sent an email just to painfully realize you sent a broken link? Ouch… We check every link before sending the email to ensure there are no embarrassing dead links.
Opt-in Form Integration
People need a way to get on your list so they can be on the receiving end of your exceptional newsletters. We’ll help connect your opt-in form to your newsletter list so it’s seamless for your subscribers.

Monthly Analytics Report
You want to know what’s working and what isn’t with your newsletters. Each month, we’ll send you a report to let you know your analytics for each campaign. We’ll tell you the open rates, click through rates, unsubscribes, and other metrics so you know how your subscribers are engaging with your content.

Let’s clear up any confusion…
DO YOU WRITE THE COPY?
Nobody knows your audience better than you do. We always recommend that you (or your copywriter) create the newsletters since this should represent your personality, voice, and connection to your subscribers. For this reason, we don’t write the emails for you.
HOW QUICKLY CAN YOU SEND A NEWSLETTER?
Each week, we send you the MAJiK Mailman request form. This will be at least one week in advance before the broadcast is scheduled to go out. If there are any unexpected emergencies that require a last minute request, you can submit the Emergency Request form. Please note that we cannot guarantee that we’ll be able to get this out in less than 24 hours, however we’ll always try our best.
WHAT IF THERE'S A MISTAKE AND I NEED TO RESEND?
We will always send you a test email prior to sending the broadcast to your list. We ask that you confirm everything before we send the email so that we can avoid issues and mistakes. But we understand that things come up and mistakes happen. In this case, please submit the Emergency Request form and we’ll do our best to send the follow up as soon as possible.
WHAT IF I NEED EXTRA INTEGRATION HELP FOR MY OPT-IN?
We include an integration with a native opt-in form on your email service platform. You just create the form and we’ll connect it into your newlsetter list.
*To keep the cost of this service as low as possible, we do not include custom form creation, design, or complex integrations with the opt-in form. If you’d like additional help, just let us know.
WHY IS THERE A 3 MONTH COMMITMENT?
Newlsetters should always be a long-term strategy in your marketing. Because we also include a custom email template design, setup, and some upfront work, we ask that you commit to at least 3 months. This allows us to keep our costs lower and provide a great experience for you and your subscribers.
